Ruqyah sources and recitations

Al-Fatihah

Al-Fatihah is recited as ruqyah.

The Prophet ﷺ approved ruqyah with al-Fatihah.

Al-Ikhlas, al-Falaq and al-Nas

Recite the three surahs, blow lightly and wipe over the body.

Established for protection and ruqyah.

أذهب البأس رب الناس، اشف أنت الشافي، لا شفاء إلا شفاؤك، شفاء لا يغادر سقمًا.

  • No calling upon anyone besides Allah.
  • No invented fixed counts presented as Sunnah.
  • Ruqyah does not replace necessary medical care.
